Space-saving and disassemblable full-bore equivalent model
A small pneumatic automatic valve made of stainless steel, equivalent to a large flow full bore. Due to its flange connection, it is possible to clean internal components such as balls by disassembling it. Additionally, the aluminum actuator equipped with a rack and pinion mechanism is high-torque, lightweight, and compact, capable of rotating in 90° increments. It is ideal for piping in narrow spaces and for installation in devices that require miniaturization. Furthermore, there are numerous achievements in custom-made (specification changes) products based on this model.

【Specifications】 Nominal diameter: 10A to 50A Maximum operating pressure: 1.96MPa Operating temperature range: -10℃ to +180℃ (non-freezing) Fluids: Water, oil, gas, and others 【Features】 - Lightweight and compact design, ideal for installation in narrow piping. - Flange connection allows for disassembly and cleaning of internal components such as the ball section. - The actuator is small and high-torque (rack and pinion mechanism), resistant to rust and lightweight. - The actuator can be rotated in 90° increments. - Operates with pneumatic pressure only, featuring a double-acting mechanism. - Made of stainless steel (SCS13) with excellent corrosion and heat resistance. - High-toughness body with a seamless one-piece (integrated) structure made from stainless steel drawn material (some extruded material), minimizing the risk of external leakage. - Adopts a floating ball valve structure. - The seat is made of PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. - Uses fluororubber for the O-ring material, enabling use under a wide range of conditions. - Features a protrusion prevention structure with the stem incorporated from the inside of the body. - Enhanced airtightness due to the airtight effect from internal pressure and the spring effect from the conical spring (disc spring).
