[New Release] Thermal Interface Material Analyzer

We exhibited at "Film Tech Japan 2023," held from October 4 to 6. We showcased equipment themed around wet coating solutions and thermal solutions, as well as recycled resins and conductive diamonds. A new model of the gel time measurement device has been released. It is now possible to measure extremely thin prepreg sheets and carbon fiber prepreg sheets, which were previously difficult to measure, while they remain in sheet form. Of course, measurements of liquids and powders are also possible. Features: - Direct measurement of sheet materials: No need to powder PCB prepreg. You can directly measure PCB prepreg, carbon prepreg, and more. Measurement of RCC (resin-coated copper foil) is also possible. - Measurement of materials from thin to thick with one device. It accommodates everything from 10µm ultra-thin prepreg to thicker non-woven fabrics. - Measurement of powder and liquid samples that were difficult with the stirring torque method. It can handle a wide range of samples, including those with high filler content, anaerobic samples, and gel-like samples. - Visualization of curing behavior through graphs. It calculates and graphs viscosity, phase difference, shear elastic modulus, and more from the measured stress. - Measurement of the viscoelasticity of fluids. It can also measure the rheology of non-Newtonian fluids, such as samples that do not cure. - Confirmation of stress, viscosity, and phase data. The Thermal Interface Material Analyzer TIMA5 (from Germany's NANOTEST) makes its debut in Japan! It can measure the thermal conductivity, thermal resistance, and interface thermal resistance of TIMs with films thinner than 50μm in conditions close to actual products. We will showcase the actual device for the first time at the JASIS 2023 and N-Plus 2023 exhibitions.
