Super finishing machine for shafts, Center Star!
We introduce the CenterSter model, which focuses on shaft work, from the 'Microfinish' processing machines manufactured by Thielenhaus in Germany. There are many parts that require strict precision and tolerances, not only in automotive steering and internal engine components but also in motors and electrical parts. By using the CenterSter after the grinding process, it becomes possible to meet these stringent specifications. It can accommodate not only outer diameter surfaces but also Gothic R profiles. Depending on production quantity and required cycle time, you can choose between a one-station or two-station configuration. It is equipped with an automatic grinding wheel adjustment function that takes into account the wear of the grinding wheel (shoe), facilitating automation.
