The 『heliX』 is a high-sensitivity molecular interaction analysis device based on the switchSENSE principle. It accurately detects slow dissociation in high-affinity interactions and fast dissociation in weak interactions. Stable and accurate data acquisition is possible even during prolonged dissociation. Additionally, it can accurately evaluate the cooperativity of binding to two targets, such as bispecific antibodies and PROTACs.
