  Polishing with a level sander After the repair work on the dents, we will introduce how it becomes beautiful with just polishing. First, we polish the entire surface with a level sander. The level sander can polish the surface pressed by an air cylinder pad. While fine adjustments are essential, it is a very efficient machine when mastered.

  Polishing with a belt sander Next is polishing with a belt sander. We will visually check and remove deep scratches that could not be eliminated with the level sander.

  This is the state after polishing with a level sander. It is cloudy since it hasn't been polished yet, but you can see that dents and scratches have been cleaned up. I often see videos showing the use of hand sanders for polishing, but to grind the hard coating of polyester resin over a wide area and evenly, large machinery is indeed an essential presence.

  Polishing work with a three-head automatic buffing system. Using a high-speed rotating three-head buff, the polishing is done in multiple passes to ensure an even finish. The speed and beautiful results are incomparable to those achieved with a small handheld buffer.

  Polishing work with a hand buffer. About 90% is finished with an automatic buffer, and the remaining 10% is finished with a hand buffer.

  Polishing work with a sponge buff. The final polishing is done, and it is complete.
