WEINGÄRTNER, founded in 1965, is a pioneer in large machining centers based in Kirchham, Central Austria. The screw machining machine, Pickup, which we are introducing this time, is a dedicated equipment specialized for screw processing such as injection molding machines, vacuum pumps, progressive cavity pumps, ball screws, and mixing machines. Due to its dedicated design, the machining cycle time is extremely fast, and the integrated bed made of welded steel plates provides high rigidity and high performance. The equipment can be designed for workpiece lengths ranging from a minimum of 1m to a maximum of 6m, with a maximum workpiece diameter of 180mm.
