[Visual Factracer Implementation Case] Residential Equipment Manufacturing Factory

A case where work videos can be instantly searched and played back by linking with data on manufacturing (processing) and material picking.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of 'Visual Factracer' at a residential equipment manufacturing factory. In this factory, even if defective products were discovered on the production line before shipment, it took a considerable amount of time to investigate which process the defects occurred in, relying on human memory. After the system was implemented, it became possible to search for the target products from videos of all processes using keywords such as LOT numbers, and to confirm them visually. Since searches can be conducted instantly, it was possible to trace back to the problematic process without taking much time from the narrowed-down footage.
