Latest generation soft seat butterfly valve
☆Technical Optimization The steel shaft with TFT coating and the bushing with PTEF coating achieve low torque, making handle operation easier. Polished disk edges → Wear-resistant and long-lasting valve Enables selection of more cost-effective actuators Reduces purchase and operating costs Smart disk design distributes force evenly on the shaft and bearings. → Flow optimization design increases Kv value by over 10% and reduces pressure loss Achieves precise shape and positional tolerances High-quality coating results in a robust valve → Comparable to high corrosion resistance of ISO 12944-6 C5 The liner material can be checked even when the valve is mounted. Liner replacement is possible (see video) Additionally, we also offer the GEMU C480, compatible with sizes from 700DN to 1600DN.
