Dimensional restoration and repair possible with thermal spraying!
▶ For surface treatment, thermal spraying, and coating, leave it to Tocalo! 【Overview】 TS-3013 is a thick film thermal spray coating that allows for dimensional restoration and repair. It can be applied at low temperatures, which minimizes thermal effects such as distortion on the substrate compared to build-up welding. Additionally, there are no size restrictions on the workpiece, making it suitable for large products. 【Content of the Document】 ● Features of TS-3013 (coating components, film thickness, treatment temperature, applicable sizes, etc.) ● Cross-sectional microstructure photographs (features of the coating interior) ● Okoshi-type wear test results: TS-3013 vs. high Cr stainless steel build-up ● Case study: Dimensional restoration of a shaft ● Objectives of this technology (application examples) 【Document Download】 https://tocalo-download.satori.site/tpr035-00 The document is not available on Ipros. Please feel free to consult us when considering improvements in the durability, longevity, and energy efficiency of equipment and components. <What is Thermal Spraying?> Thermal spraying is a surface treatment technology widely used in the industrial sector. It involves spraying molten or softened particles of thermal spray materials, such as metals and ceramics, which are adjusted to maximize their functionality according to the purpose, onto the surface of the object being processed using various heat sources. The sprayed molten particles cool and solidify instantly, forming a coating. <Available Thermal Spraying Technologies> Atmospheric Plasma Spraying / Vacuum Plasma Spraying / Arc Spraying / High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Spraying / Powder Flame Spraying / Rod Flame Spraying / Wire Flame Spraying / Suspension Plasma Spraying / SDC Spraying #Surface Treatment #Surface Modification #Thermal Spraying #Coating #Water-Repellent Coating #Hydrophilic Coating #Thin Film Technology #Thick Film Technology #Laser #Laser Cladding #Surface Treatment Technology #Surface Modification Technology #Energy and Resource Conservation through Surface Treatment
