KEYTEC Corporation, a specialized manufacturer of high-performance inspection equipment for important structures such as nuclear power plants, JR (Japan Railways), and NEXCO, located at 5-1-14 Hamabe-dori, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, with CEO Kazuhiko Iwata, announced on March 24, 2023, a groundbreaking new high-performance electromagnetic wave radar device for internal inspection of concrete structures, further pursuing user demands. The product will be available for sale starting July 1, 2023. Japan's social infrastructure, including highways, tunnels, and bridges, is increasingly aging, and there is also a shortage of personnel for maintenance and management. To contribute to solving these social issues, we jointly developed the main unit "Flex NX" and the ultra-compact unit for narrow area inspection "NX25" in collaboration with GSSI (Geophysical Survey Systems, Inc.) based in New Hampshire, USA. An additional announcement for "NX15" (maximum depth of 100 cm) is also planned soon.
