Our company offers the "CB method" for enclosed welding with narrow grooves using ceramic backing materials. This welding method involves installing ceramic backing materials in the groove spacing between two rebars (specified for each rebar diameter) and performing semi-automatic carbon dioxide arc welding. After the welding operation, the backing material is removed, allowing for visual inspection of the weld appearance.
