With three inspection functions, no small anomalies will be overlooked! Diagnosing the road surface and tunnels in a complex manner while driving.
"Dr. Pat 2.0" is a hybrid inspection vehicle that can detect damage to pavement, expansion joints, and tunnels before it occurs, without imposing traffic restrictions. By using a special lens to project light from optical fibers at an angle, it is possible to reveal cracks. Additionally, by colorizing the road surface images, rust and corrosion have become easier to identify. Furthermore, it captures images of tunnel lining surfaces while in motion, detecting damages such as cracks, water leaks, and rust seepage, achieving effects comparable to close visual inspections by inspectors. 【Features】 ■ Inspections can be conducted while traveling at speeds of up to 100 km/h ■ Three inspection functions are integrated into one unit ■ Enables predictive maintenance that leads to early repairs through high precision and efficiency ■ Special lighting improves crack detection accuracy ■ Color images help identify signs of damage such as rust and corrosion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
