"Agilent Bio Ion Exchange" is an LC column for biopharmaceutical analysis filled with non-porous ion exchange polymer particles. It is designed to achieve high resolution, high recovery, and high-efficiency separation of peptides, oligonucleotides, and proteins. There are strong cation exchange (SCX), weak cation exchange (WCX), strong anion exchange (SAX), and weak anion exchange (WAX) phases. [Features] - Rigid non-porous poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) particles are grafted with a hydrophilic polymer layer to eliminate non-specific binding. - Uniformly filled ion exchange functional groups are chemically bonded to the hydrophilic layer (with multiple ion exchange groups per anchoring), increasing column capacity. - The particles, coating, and bonding are resistant to high pressure, promoting higher resolution and faster separation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
