Nanoplus offers customized continuous wave (CW) mid-infrared LEDs (MIR-LED) with wavelengths selectable between 2000 nm and 6500 nm. Recently, we have expanded our wavelength range and can now provide options down to 1750 nm. The substrate-side emitting devices exhibit higher wall plug efficiency and maximum output exceeding 1 mW compared to previous MIR LEDs operating in CW mode at room temperature. Due to their low power consumption, they can also operate in pulse mode. Nanoplus MIR LEDs are broadband, incoherent, and cost-effective products suitable for many gas detection applications in industrial, commercial, or research settings. Our products feature a ceramic submount, and an optional PCB (Printed Circuit Board) can also be provided. In addition to the ceramic submount, we also offer SMD packages.
