Contact probe pin

Developed and manufactured using precision processing technology with original in-house designed precision progressive press molds.

The "contact probe pin" is a terminal that is incorporated into a socket and connects the IC to the substrate for testing semiconductor ICs. We have nearly 40 different models, including integrated, single-movable, and double-movable types. Additionally, please let us know your requirements regarding product design, mold design, manufacturing, inspection, and evaluation. We will respond to ensure we can provide better products. 【Features】 - The integrated press-formed pin made by progressive precision pressing allows for stable products to be created without connection points between the pin terminals. - A series of operations from mold design to the completion of probe pins is developed and manufactured in-house together with customers. - We handle everything from standard probe pins to original probe pins. - Sizes range from Φ1.50mm to Φ0.10mm, with lengths from 25.00mm to 1.50mm. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
