I want cultivation trays tailored to the dimensions of the cultivation shelves in the plant factory, but producing custom-sized cultivation trays in the necessary quantities poses challenges due to the costs and lead times associated with creating new molds for shaping. After hearing the customer's requests, we executed the design, drafting, prototyping, and mass production through PVC welding to manufacture cultivation trays in custom sizes. After implementation, we were able to freely design the cultivation shelves, improving cultivation efficiency, and successfully reduced total costs by producing only the necessary quantities of cultivation trays.
