"Polyplus" is a product made from a thermosetting resin called Urea resin, which is commonly used in plastic materials for lighting fixtures, wiring devices such as outlets, and clothing buttons. It has flame retardant or self-extinguishing properties, is slightly softer than Type 3, and has higher cutting power than Polyextra, allowing for increased processing speed.
