We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Signalook" at our factory. Using this product, we conducted an analysis of the operational status of the equipment. We analyzed the potential causes of stoppage based on the signal light status (especially red). From the identified stoppage causes, we extracted issues and examined improvement measures. Based on the results of the improvement measures, we focused on tasks that required significant labor and proposed improvement plans. By implementing these plans, we achieved a reduction of over 30% in labor hours compared to before application.
