The thermal decomposition polyolefin wax with a wide molecular weight distribution contributes to the improvement of resin dispersibility, moldability, and release properties in a wide range of fields.
Our company has successfully industrialized synthetic wax for the first time in Japan, manufacturing and selling low molecular weight polypropylene "Viscol" series and low molecular weight polyethylene "Sanwax" series. Viscol and Sanwax possess a wide molecular weight distribution unique to thermally decomposed polyolefin waxes, exhibiting the following characteristics: - Excellent pigment dispersibility - High softening point and high crystallinity - Low viscosity, enabling improved fluidity of resins and hot melt adhesives - Low polarity, enhancing the release properties of molded products - Compatible with materials other than polyolefins, such as PC, ABS, and PBT.
