This contributes to the creation of a hygienic environment. The antibacterial and antiviral functions have obtained the SIAA mark. The main body of the pressure regulator follows the well-established S-LABO series. It excels in pressure adjustment responsiveness and can accommodate various types of gases. ● SUS316L metal diaphragm is adopted to reduce external leakage and maintain purity. ● Produced in a clean area to ensure purity. ● Fluorine-based grease that can be used under vacuum is employed for the valves to maintain purity. ● A filter is built into the inlet side to prevent backflow.
