Start your pre-construction contract anytime! You can easily conclude a construction contract using simple operations on devices you usually use, such as a computer or smartphone.
KCDS is an electronic contract system that allows you to enter into construction contracts simply by logging in from your computer or smartphone and pressing the consent button. Not only can contracts be made between construction companies and cooperating contractors that have adopted the KCDS service, but contracts can also be established between cooperating contractors with just a few simple operations on your computer or smartphone. This system reduces the cumbersome processes associated with traditional "paper and seal" contracts, as well as costs such as stamp duty, printing fees, and mailing expenses. As an electronic contract system that meets the "technical standards for using information and communication technology in construction contracts" stipulated by the Construction Business Act, it has received endorsement from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, so you can use it with confidence. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
