Achieving reliable electrostatic coating on the coated object.
The latest bell-type electrostatic painting machine from "Landsberg," a pioneer in electrostatic painting. It achieves both cost reduction in the painting process and a decrease in environmental impact with high coating efficiency! 【Product Features】 1. Achieves high coating efficiency - A newly developed high-voltage controller rapidly controls current and voltage values, ensuring reliable electrostatic painting while maintaining safety (patent obtained). - A newly developed cascade built into the bell realizes quick response to high voltage (patent obtained). - It sensitively reacts to minute changes in current, achieving a uniform finish even on complex-shaped workpieces. 2. Capable of conventional and proximity painting with a single bell - The distance between the painting machine and the workpiece can be adjusted from 50 mm to 250 mm. - In proximity painting, the theoretical coating efficiency is 100%. Actual coating efficiency for various shapes is expected to improve by 15% to 20% compared to conventional painting (based on our lab results). 3. Broadly accommodates various painting conditions - Metallic painting through proximity painting is also possible. - A selection of application patterns that meet finishing requirements can be made from the combination of shaping air rings and bell cups. 4. Cost reduction effects - Contributes to reduced paint usage, less correction work, decreased waste disposal, and lower maintenance costs for cleaning painting equipment.

Company information
In 1887, Joseph Binks developed the first coating device for plaster applications. The following year, in 1888, Dr. Allen DeVilbiss invented the sprayer, and in 1936, Harold Landsburg obtained a patent for electrostatic spray coating, utilizing electrostatic technology. These milestones later laid the foundation for the growth of our company "Binks". Our company was established in 1963 as Japan Ransburg Co., Ltd., through a joint investment between Ransburg Corporation (USA) and TOKICO Corporation (Japan). After more than 60 years since its foundation, the company changed its name to Binks Japan KK in April 2025. With over 350 years of combined experience across its brands, Binks has developed outstanding expertise in industrial coating technologies. Bringing together leading brands such as DeVilbiss for spray guns, Ransburg for electrostatic coating, Binks for high-efficiency bellows pumps, BGK for dryers, and MS for powder coating systems, we provide advanced coating and dispensing equipment and systems to regions around the world.
