We would like to introduce a case study of our CRT image adjustment device. In the line where CRT image inspection and adjustment are performed, operators visually inspected and adjusted the settings using adjustment knobs. However, due to the wide range of items that needed adjustment and the subjective nature of the inspection, there were variations in both work time and quality. With this device, we achieved stabilization of adjustment work quality and work time.
