In the past, the supply of materials for engraving flanges on steel pipe joints was done manually. With the introduction of an automatic engraving device, we implemented a system that picks up workpieces from stations with flange materials of different sizes and automatically supplies them to the engraving machine using a gantry loader, achieving automation of the supply of flange materials to the engraving machine.
