We would like to introduce a case where we proposed flexible location and operation solutions at Company M, a dental wholesale company. The company faced challenges such as an aging automated warehouse that they wanted to transfer, but had budget constraints, and the need to accommodate different order deadlines for each customer. In response, we proposed a location adjacent to their existing site. This allowed for the outsourcing of complex operations for over 30 batches per day that were previously handled in-house.
