Continuous measurement compatible flue gas analysis device for up to 70% components. For measuring NOx, CO2, HCl, and particulate matter.
Foundries need to comply with laws and regulations regarding environmental protection (air pollution) by accurately understanding the types and concentrations of harmful substances contained in exhaust gases and implementing appropriate measures. By measuring and analyzing exhaust gases, it becomes possible to optimize manufacturing processes based on measurement and analysis data, implement appropriate measures, evaluate and improve environmental impacts, and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Engaging in these initiatives contributes to the sustainability of the company, enhances the corporate brand image, and increases reliability. Fujielectric's exhaust gas analysis equipment is equipped with infrared gas analyzers that excel in long-term stability, capable of simultaneously measuring up to seven gas components necessary for environmental monitoring, including NOx, CO2, HCl, and particulate matter. It is ideal for measuring exhaust gases from factories and electric furnaces.

basic information
Related: Fuji Electric's Gas Analyzer Series In addition to flue gas analyzers, Fuji Electric offers a wide range of analytical instruments tailored to your equipment and conditions. Since developing Japan's first infrared gas analyzer, we have provided various gas analyzers that support environmental measurements such as air pollution. With years of experience, we have expanded our applications and contributed to the optimal operation of equipment and energy conservation.
Applications/Examples of results
■Example 1 of Gas Analyzers: Waste Incineration Facilities It is mandatory to continuously measure the concentration of harmful gases in exhaust gases. By measuring the concentration of harmful gases at each waste processing stage, optimal control of denitrification, desulfurization, and dechlorination can be achieved. ■Example 2 of Gas Analyzers: Large Industrial Boiler Facilities By properly managing the combustion of numerous operating boilers, it is possible to reduce fuel costs. Additionally, through feedback control of exhaust gases, the reduction of pollutants can be achieved. ■Example 3 of Gas Analyzers: Steel Equipment (Converter Process) The converter gas generated in the converter is reused for power generation and heating in the rolling process. By measuring the concentrations of CO2, CO, O2, and H2, the amount of oxygen injected can be controlled while monitoring the progress of the decarbonization reaction, allowing for proper management of molten steel quality. ■Example 4 of Gas Analyzers: Heat Treatment Furnace Equipment By measuring and controlling CO2, CO, CH4, NH3, H2, O2, and other gases that correlate with carbon potential (CP), reliable quality management can be performed.
