■Liquid Nitrogen Freezing By utilizing liquid nitrogen at an ultra-low temperature of minus 196 degrees, freezing can be achieved in a very short time. The small ice crystals formed within the food result in minimal damage to the tissue, ensuring high-quality freezing. ■MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) By replacing the air inside the package with gases suitable for each type of food, oxidation prevention, antibacterial effects, and freshness preservation are achieved, allowing for an extension of the shelf life and expiration date compared to atmospheric packaging.
