Magnetic induction method! Introducing a case study that achieved automatic transport and succeeded in labor reduction.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of a 10-ton capacity steel plate transport AGV at the coil center. Previously, products were transported between buildings in the factory using trucks, but with the introduction of this product, automatic transport was realized, leading to successful labor reduction. Using a steering method based on the difference in rotation of the drive wheels, the number of round trips on a single charge (during actual operation) amounts to 30 round trips over a distance of 40 meters one way. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Products were transported between buildings in the factory using trucks. ■Results - Achieved automatic transport and successfully reduced labor. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Company information
"Creating things from scratch," Shin Tomoe Electric Industry manufactures custom transport vehicles that excel in your factories and vehicle bases. Utilizing battery power, trolley power, cable power, and non-contact power, we control electricity with ease, while ensuring precise control of "bending" and "stopping," which can be challenging in heavy load transport, thus achieving high operability and safety in the work environment. "Labor-saving," "manpower reduction," "improved safety," "zero emissions" — the needs arising from each work environment are unique to each customer. From sales to design, manufacturing, and quality control, Shin Tomoe's consistent approach to manufacturing transforms the voices of customers nationwide into the form of transport vehicles.
