We would like to introduce a case study of our "Ozone Generator" being implemented at Yomeishu Shuzou. The company was washing and disinfecting their koji-making equipment with hydrogen peroxide, but due to variations in cleaning times among workers, they were looking for a method that would eliminate inconsistencies. They were also considering ways to shorten the cleaning and disinfection process. After the implementation, there were no variations in the work, and unlike chemical agents, there is no residual effect, so secondary cleaning is no longer necessary, reducing labor and enabling stable production of Yomeishu.
