Presezzi Extrusion is the only manufacturer in the world that can support a full line of extrusion centered around extrusion presses. There is a cooling system at the rear of the extrusion press. The "H.E.C.S Cooling System" provided by Presezzi Extrusion is a high-efficiency cooling system featuring a new pattern of air nozzles that improves system efficiency by approximately 25% compared to traditional systems. This system is composed of a high-temperature resistant roll way that can move vertically to process extruded profiles of various heights. FEM analysis is conducted to provide the optimal cooling solution and to give the most accurate temperature for the mechanical properties of the extruded profiles. Presezzi Extrusion can offer various types of concentrated cooling systems depending on the extrusion alloy, profile dimensions, required temperature, and extrusion speed.
