Over 20 years of domestic sales performance - Positioning control with laser distance sensors.
When transporting heavy objects, use a retrofitted laser distance sensor on the overhead crane to measure and control the positioning on the X/Y axis within 50-100 meters.
A system can be established to transport heavy objects over a distance of 50-100 meters using the existing overhead crane, with an added laser distance sensor that allows for the placement of heavy objects in specific locations. By installing laser distance sensors on the X and Y axes, positioning can be achieved with an accuracy of ±1mm, enabling movement to certain designated spots. Additionally, by installing on the Z axis, height control becomes possible, significantly improving efficiency. It operates from -40°C, making it suitable for use in cold storage facilities. The measurement accuracy is 1mm, with a repeatability of 0.3mm and a measurement speed of 250Hz (maximum), ensuring sufficient positioning accuracy through crane motor control. There is no need for mechanisms to suppress slipping, resulting in a cost-effective system. This laser distance sensor is useful for transporting heavy objects and for use in cold storage facilities. Our company provides comprehensive technical support, including usage guidance, implementation, control software development, and post-installation support. Company information
Since its establishment, we have been involved in the development of our own products, starting from gathering ideas, and have repeated the processes of mechanical design, processing, circuit design, and embedded programming every year. Currently, we are engaged in both OEM production and the sale of our own products, and we intend to continue developing measuring instruments that can further meet our customers' needs. We are also the general agent for Dimetix in Switzerland and are focusing on the sales of red laser distance meters. This product has been adopted for measuring the height of the Tokyo Skytree, the tallest structure in the world. We believe there are still many applications for this technology, and we would like to explore each one. In recent years, we have also been focusing on measuring instruments for railway-related construction limits. We have started to receive inquiries from East Japan Railway Company regarding the development of measuring instruments for construction limits in various fields such as construction, civil engineering, signaling, and power. Additionally, we received an Encouragement Award at the 28th Ota City Small and Medium Enterprises New Products and New Technologies Competition for our graphic-integrated construction limit measuring instrument.
