Low-cost software that allows you to easily understand the status of production equipment *General examples of production equipment are currently available.
Monitor the abnormal history of machines and the load rate of servo motors! Even without a production management system, it is easy to collect the operational status, management, and data of equipment!
The software 'Data Logging Application iVMT,' specialized for production site factories, is a low-cost software developed for the purpose of monitoring equipment operating conditions and data collection. It can be easily installed by simply connecting a PC with PLC (controller) and software to existing equipment via USB or Ethernet cable (wired LAN)! Installation can be completed in about half a day, allowing for immediate implementation, and it enables the collection of necessary data according to customer needs. [General Production Equipment Case Studies] By setting the event bit to a 1-second clock, you can compile the information you want to monitor into a data area, such as: - Machine abnormality history (real-time measurement) - Servo motor load rate - Air pressure - Flow rate of cleaning water and chemicals - Pressure in vacuum chambers This allows you to record the condition of the equipment. It can also be utilized for monitoring the operation of ancillary equipment such as pumps, blowers, compressors, and vacuum pumps. [Now available on YouTube] https://youtu.be/r2PkIuzki0w
