The cooling and humidifying device "Cool Mist Line" allows workers to feel a temperature of 26-27°C in an environment of 40°C, keeping workers, workspaces, and products dry while cooling. It uses 99% air-based mist, mixing 7cc of water per minute for evaporative cooling (it won't rust!). Each unit can cool an area from one tatami mat to 2 square meters, with a water usage of about 4 liters per day (for cooling). The air consumption is 28 liters per minute, so we recommend considering the capacity of the compressor (a 5-horsepower compressor can support about 14 units). For humidification and static electricity prevention during dry seasons, the water and air adjustments can be made by tilting the unit upwards.
