Achieving maintenance-free! Approximately 24,000 hours of no maintenance for the belt.
The "HFD System for Cooling Towers" is a product that achieves higher transmission efficiency and longer lifespan compared to conventional V-belt systems by integrating flat belts, misalignment control devices, and auto-tensioners into a system. Thanks to the auto-tensioning feature, issues such as belt slippage and drop-off caused by belt elongation, which were common in the past, are eliminated, and there is no need for adjustments due to initial elongation or regular re-tensioning. Additionally, because there is less belt slip loss, the startup time is shorter, resulting in reduced load during startup. 【Features】 ■ Realizes maintenance-free operation ■ Achieves energy savings ■ Offers a cost-effective structure based on standard specifications (V-belt drive) ■ Minimal belt slip during startup reduces startup noise *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
