[Construction Achievements] Spot air conditioning system for a foundry where sand is blown in high temperatures.

A climate control system in an environment where sand dust is swirling at high temperatures (around 40°C) to meet customer needs!

We would like to introduce our installation achievements of a spot air conditioning system in a foundry where sand is stirred up by high temperatures. We adopted a spot air conditioning method that only targets areas where people are present, minimizing electricity costs associated with air conditioning. Since the air conditioning is aimed specifically at workers on the heated sand, we achieved control of wind speed to prevent the sand from being stirred up, as well as temperature control to prevent condensation at the air outlets. 【Benefits of Implementation】 ■ Reduction in running costs ■ Minimum required airflow and appropriate temperature control ■ Air conditioning combined with a ventilation system *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
