Dehydrated bean sprouts are recycled into cattle feed! Removal and installation are completed in just a few hours.
We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of a dedicated equipment for bean sprouts to a bean sprout manufacturer in Saitama Prefecture. Due to the need for replacement of existing dehydrators over time, there was a request to handle everything from the removal of the existing machine to the installation of the new dehydrator as a single package. Since the bean sprout production line operates almost 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the time for machine installation was very limited. However, we were able to complete the removal and installation within just a few hours when the machines could be stopped. [Overview] ■ Issues - Replacement of existing dehydrators due to aging ■ Results - Installation of a new device for transporting bean sprouts via pump - Enabled processing of bean sprout residue from other factories with this dehydrator *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
