Ensuring ideal coating film distribution! A system that enables partial film thickness control of the coated object.
Our company proposes a system that forms a coating film as needed, where needed. The PEDEC system is the name of the Parker-type electrocoating film thickness control device, which allows for individual switching control (ON-OFF) for all anodes in the electrocoating device. It automatically recognizes the type and shape of the workpiece and performs switching control for each electrode accordingly, enabling partial film thickness control of the workpiece. 【Components of PEDEC】 ■ Resource conservation and cost reduction ■ Ensuring ideal coating film distribution ■ Adaptation to diverse and mixed lines ■ Pursuit of quality improvement *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
