A compact, lightweight, and high-precision hand-operated track measurement device using a gyro sensor!
The "LR-S100" is a railway track inspection device that adopts a track inspection method using the track shape components detected by a gyro sensor installed on a 1.25m inspection beam to calculate a 2.5m chord. It achieves miniaturization, lightweight design, and high precision. The main body, consisting of an inspection beam, gauge beam, and push rod, requires no cable connections and is easy to assemble and disassemble. 【Features】 ■ High precision and excellent reproducibility ■ Easy assembly and disassembly with a highly mobile structure ■ Compact and lightweight ■ Automatic calibration ■ Minimization of moving parts to enhance reliability and maintainability ■ Adoption of a new mechanism for runaway prevention brakes *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
