We would like to introduce the development technical capabilities of Seiko Co., Ltd. Rich experience in gears such as hypoid, pinion straight bevel, and spiral bevel. We also have achievements in forging aluminum (super duralumin) and stainless steel (SUS304XM7), and we can handle the processing of non-ferrous and difficult-to-cut materials. 【Features】 ■ Inner diameter spline (old JIS grade 2), outer diameter spline (old JIS grade 1), outer diameter flat gear (old JIS grade 4) ■ Achievements in forging Ni-containing steel materials (SNC, SNCM) ■ Possession of long-stroke 1000t (2 units) and 630t (1 unit) presses, with a maximum length of 360mm ■ Manufacturing and processing of flange with a diameter of φ130mm, irregular shapes with a diameter of φ100mm, and gear products ■ Hollow deep hole forming (L/D = 7) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
