Significant improvement in construction speed, suitable for on-site construction due to its compact and lightweight design.
The "ARC-BOY A400" is a power supply device specifically developed for arc spraying, utilizing advanced inverter technology. It employs a technique where a metal wire is arced under reduced pressure by electric current, then atomized into fine particles using compressed air from a nozzle's annular slit, forming a dense coating on the surface of the substrate through high-speed spraying. This technology allows for spraying with almost all types of metal wires, including zinc, aluminum, alumag, copper alloys, and nickel alloys. In particular, for zinc, aluminum, and their alloy spraying according to JIS H8300-2011, spray wires up to φ2.4 can be used, enabling high-speed spraying. 【Application Speed】 ■ Galvalume composition spraying: 38m²/hr Average 100μm (Melted amount: Al 7.3kg/Zn 13.6kg) ■ Aluminum spraying: 38m²/hr Average 100μm (Melted amount: Al 14.7kg) ■ Alumag (5% Mg) spraying: 38m²/hr Average 100μm (Melted amount: AlMg5 (14.1kg) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
