The Sanou short-length MF bender is an industry-leading all-electric CNC bending machine specialized in bending small to medium diameter metals with complex shapes, utilizing our proprietary technology. We have successfully installed hundreds of units across Sanou Global locations. With bending heads that operate without switching actions and a method that allows bending from both sides towards the center through a reversing action, it can easily handle products that traditional general-purpose benders cannot bend, thus avoiding issues like "add-on bends" and "back bends." The standard simulation software automatically generates processing data, transfers it to the bender, and integrates with our self-developed non-contact pipe shape measurement device, significantly reducing product launch time. Additionally, measurement results can be fed back to the bender with a single click for automatic shape correction, greatly contributing to improved bending quality and customer reliability.
