However, the surface of the shaft wears out, so it was desired to harden it. 【Advantages of Laser Hardening】 With laser hardening, only the surface of the φ6 shaft was hardened to a depth of 0.3mm. By not hardening the interior, both toughness and surface wear resistance characteristics were achieved. 【Specifications】 Dimensions: φ6×59.5mm Material: SCM435 Hardness: HRC51 or higher Depth: 0.3mm
