We will support your company's business development with analytical technology.
Our company has been a member of the UBE Group and Osaka Gas Group for approximately 40 years since its establishment, providing support for the design and troubleshooting of various equipment such as chemical plants and industrial machinery through analytical technology. Engineers with multifaceted analytical skills in "structure," "heat transfer," "thermal fluid," and "vibration" will assist you in solving your challenges. For example... - Damage occurs only in equipment installed in a specific location. I want to investigate the cause. - A leak occurred due to pipe damage. I want to validate the effectiveness of countermeasures through simulation. - I want to change operating conditions for increased production, but will it affect the equipment's lifespan? - The manufacturer claims there are no design issues, but repeated damage occurs. I would like to hear a third-party opinion. Please feel free to consult with us.

Applications/Examples of results
【Purpose】 Investigating the causes of troubles and formulating countermeasure plans Considering improvements in production efficiency 【Achievements】 Based on on-site and physical confirmations as well as situation hearings, we establish hypotheses regarding the causes of troubles and propose optimal verification methods using analysis and experiments. We also evaluate the verification results and report on the causes and countermeasure plans. (Examples of service achievements) - Confirmation of stress conditions during operation through structural analysis - Evaluation of temperature transitions, thermal stress amplitudes during operational cycles, and fatigue life assessment - Verification of the possibility of resonance occurrence with surrounding equipment through eigenvalue analysis - Prediction of fatigue life through frequency response analysis - Verification of the causes of erosion occurrence through flow analysis in piping and particle tracking - Estimation of load conditions during trouble occurrences based on damage results - Follow-up verification of analyses conducted by manufacturers and provision of second opinions For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download section.
