The "ZORBAX Rapid Resolution (3.5μm) and Rapid Resolution HT (1.8μm) cartridge column system" enables high-speed liquid chromatography analysis with excellent ease of use and cost efficiency. With simple operation, the cartridge components can be quickly assembled to form a highly efficient, low dead volume column. By using a perfluoroelastomer gasket to manually seal the cartridge column, it can withstand pressures up to 400 bar (6000 psi) and temperatures up to 80°C. The reusable cartridge end fitting allows the cartridge column to be connected to standard 1/16 inch LC fittings.
