It also supports announcements such as "This call will be recorded..." 【Response-Only Function】 Automatically responds with a dedicated guidance message for incoming calls after business hours or on holidays. 【Timer Function】 Utilizes an annual timer to automatically switch between operational modes based on specified dates and time periods. 【Aggregation Function】 Collects response result data such as the number of incoming calls and customer abandonment cases in an easily expandable Excel format for graphing and analysis. 【Voice Synthesis Function】 Allows message creation on a computer, making it easy to create and edit response messages. This reduces the burden and costs associated with arranging announcers or recording by staff, facilitating message creation.
