"NC BANK" is an NC data input/output and transfer device that enables high-speed transfer of large-capacity NC data by connecting to NC machine tools that do not have data server functionality. It features a compact body that is easy to handle. ≪Features≫ ■ High-speed transfer to machine tools without a data server Equipped with FTP server functionality and file sharing as standard. Large-capacity programs created with CAD/CAM can be transferred via LAN and saved to the flash disk of the main unit. The saved data can be transferred from the main unit to the machine tool via RS-232C. ■ Data input/output functionality It can also be used as an NC data input/output device using a USB memory stick. Even if there is no budget for LAN construction or if the factory environment is poor due to electrical noise, it enables long hours of continuous processing operation at low cost. ■ Support for subprograms By including the subprogram name within the main program, the specified subprogram can be called and transferred during data output. ● Mother Troll Support Supports input and output of Mother Troll dialogue data (CMT). ● Split Saving by O Number When multiple programs are output from NC machine tools using features like all-punch, they can be saved with file names corresponding to each O number. (Only 4-digit O numbers) ● NC Data Copy Guard Function NC data generated by CAM is encrypted through a dedicated NC BANK application. It will only be restored and sent if the encrypted data matches the recovery keyword. This prevents the leakage of processing technology due to theft or loss of NC data. ● Email Sending Function This function notifies a pre-set email address on the main unit of events such as the start and end of data transfer. It will inform you when processing is complete, even if you are working from a distance, such as during long processing times. * The email sending function during contact input is optional. ● Transmission Data Protection Function Even if a USB memory stick is removed or the LAN is disconnected during data transmission, the data temporarily stored in the memory of the NC BANK main unit will not interrupt processing. * The area available for temporary storage is approximately 100MB.
