The RobaPUR 20 MOD is a hot melt applicator designed for the careful melting of PUR hot melt. Thanks to melt-on-demand technology, the adhesive is melted as needed. The melting grill is cooled by a water cooling mechanism, preventing excessive melting and minimizing the degradation of PUR adhesive due to heat. Additionally, a sealed and enclosed system keeps the adhesive in good condition, preventing hardening due to moisture in the tank and the release of harmful vapors with minimal changes in viscosity.
