Here are examples of precision machining using "Aluminum A6063." We have processed products that incorporate various technologies, including O-ring machining, pipe taper thread machining, T-slot groove machining, small diameter deep hole machining, spiral machining, and orifice shape machining. In spiral machining, we achieved a mirror finish with Rz0.8.
