We would like to introduce the quality assurance of lost wax precision casting that we conduct. We perform "material analysis" by taking test pieces and analyzing their components, as well as "ultrasonic analysis" using ultrasonic inspection equipment to check for internal defects. Additionally, we confirm product shapes using non-contact 3D scanning and check the location and size trends of internal defects using CT scanning.
