We would like to introduce the quality assurance of lost wax precision casting that we conduct. We perform "material analysis" by taking test pieces and analyzing their components, as well as "ultrasonic analysis" using ultrasonic inspection equipment to check for internal defects. Additionally, we confirm product shapes using non-contact 3D scanning and check the location and size trends of internal defects using CT scanning. We would like to introduce our "Lost Wax Precision Casting." We perform "wax molding" by injecting wax into a mold to shape the product. Next, we carry out "tree assembly," where the wax models are attached to the sprue, and "molding," where the wax models are coated with refractory material. After that, the process includes dewaxing, firing, melting, and casting, followed by finishing, correction treatment, and inspection before completion.
